As TMF’s Sector Head for Cable Markets, Kelly Anderson Neiman is responsible to drive the TMFs overall cable initiatives.
Kelly’s experience reaches various aspects of the communications industry such as consumer behavior tracking, personalization, interactive advertising and operational functions for cable operators. collaborative industry consortium and recognized leader for IPDR.org which published next-generation IP service usage and exchange standards worldwide, now part of the TM Forum, Anderson Neiman worked with carriers and operators to create end-to-end standards for IP-based services. Prior to IPDR.org and the TM Forum, she held executive and management positions at Gabriel Communications Solutions, Inc., Intrado, Inc., Daleen Technologies, Birch Telecom, and AT&T.
